How do I request a wholesale quote?
Send the SKU or product link, quantity for each style and color, destination country, and any packaging or customization requirements. We will confirm the available options and quote for the selected products.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces. The final MOQ is confirmed by SKU, color or finish, availability, and any customization or packaging requirements.
Can I combine different styles in one order?
Mixed-style orders may be possible, subject to the MOQ and availability for each selected SKU. Send your product list and target quantities so the assortment can be checked.
Can I request samples before a bulk order?
Yes, subject to sample availability. Send the SKUs, preferred options, and destination country; sample cost and shipping will be confirmed before proceeding.
Can custom packaging be quoted?
Yes. Share the order quantity and a packaging reference or specification. Feasibility, MOQ, and cost will be confirmed as part of the quote.
How are shipping options and costs confirmed?
Shipping depends on order quantity, packed shipment size, destination, and the available carrier methods. The applicable options, cost, and estimated transit information are confirmed with the quotation.
What if I find a quality issue after delivery?
Contact us with the order reference, affected quantity, product SKUs, and clear photos or video. We review confirmed issues and discuss the appropriate resolution based on the order circumstances.
