This policy is written for sample kits, small wholesale orders and OEM/ODM orders. Final shipping cost and timeline are confirmed before payment.
Sample Orders
- Sample kits are usually prepared after product availability is confirmed.
- Express shipping options such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or forwarder pickup can be discussed.
- Tracking information will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
Bulk Orders
- Production lead time depends on SKU, quantity, finish color and packaging requirements.
- Air express, air freight, sea freight and buyer-appointed freight forwarder options are available by request.
- For Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify or third-party warehouse delivery, label and carton requirements should be confirmed before production.
Customs & Import Fees
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges and local taxes are generally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
